1) How to get the property rent ready – included as part of management agreement
We take videos of rooms for every client. We will review furniture layout, needs for paint, touch up, and any other minor changes to the space.
2) Full consult with empty property for rental property. Full design assessment by designer. This service includes full design assessment, designer to visit property, take measurements, build a layout for each room as well as submit recommendations and follow up discussions.
