PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROCESS
RENTAL PROPERTY REVIEW: Our first undertaking will be to discuss your property along with your goals and expectations.
Second, we will get an agreement in place, and conduct a market analysis of the property. We will walk the property and talk through potential changes that will provide your guests with the best experience and maximize your bookings and bottom line.
We will discuss how to move forward and establish a timeline based on the breadth of changes.
PHOTOGRAPHER: Once the property is ready, we will bring in a professional photographer to visit to property. Having a professional take these pictures for your listing is extremely important and will make your listing stand out from the other listings in the area. This is the first impression and we only get one shot at it.
CREATE LISTINGS: We will then create your listing for multiple platforms. Without well thought out and accurate descriptions written by someone with experience, there is a risk that it will be too plain and potential renters may scroll right onto the next listing. We will also create your listings’s manual.
ONGOING MANAGEMENT: Lastly, we take over. We will manage your listing with constant monitoring and maintenance. This will include coordinating the bookings on multiple platforms with strategic pricing based on seasonality and market trends. We consistently review what the local market is doing and price appropriately to maximize your occupancy and earnings.
We do everything we can to maximize your revenue and save you time while doing so. This will include manage the cleaning and turnover between guests, restock household items, handle any required maintenance by calling in a handyman, plumber, or electrician and taking care of trash and recycling.
